The Seafood Kitchen, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 62 Liverpool Road, Crosby was given the score after assessment on April 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Sefton's 500 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 438 (88%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
