Bekas Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 136 London Road, Liverpool was given the score after assessment on April 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Liverpool's 960 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 598 (62%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
