Liverpool continue to step up their preparations for the return of Premier League football by working in the Dubai heat as the World Cup reaches the final stages.
The Reds recently lost to Lyon and will face AC Milan in the Middle East before returning to restart their competitive season with a Carabao Cup clash with Manchester City. When they return to Premier League action after Christmas, Liverpool will be looking to continue their recent resurgence, hoping to put their disappointing start to the campaign behind them.

Kudus links
Ajax star Mohammed Kudus has been linked with a move to Liverpool, and transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has now had his say on the potential transfer.
“Mohammed Kudus dreams of Premier League football since long time. He’d love to play in the Premier League,” Romano told CaughtOffside. “He was close to Everton last summer, but then Ajax made the deal collapse after selling Antony to Manchester United.
“Liverpool have sent their scouts to follow Kudus already few months ago. On investments, we will see in the summer because at the moment Jude Bellingham is their only summer target.”

Liverpool are said to be close to striking a deal for Argentina World Cup star Enzo Fernandez. According to ESPN Argentina, the Reds are close to striking a deal with Benfica, who have Fernandez under a release clause worth more than £100million. It’s not clear how much Liverpool would need to pay to complete a deal, but it would surely be a very pricey one to pull off.
Despite that, it’s claimed talks have been ongoing between the two clubs, and Liverpool are said to be close to striking a deal. Fernandez has been one of the bright sparks for Argentina in their impressive World Cup campaign.
